From the South: Route 1 North to Route 4 North, Route 4 merges with 95 North. Follow 95 north and look for 295 N (left hand exit). Proceed on to 295N; follow until exit 6A (Johnston) exit. Come to a set of lights and take a left. At the intersection (Hartford/Atwood Avenue) take a left onto Atwood Avenue. Atwood Medical Building will be on the left, after the Fire Dept. From the North & South: 295 to Exit 7B (Rt 44 West towards Greenville). Right off the exit (one way off ramp). At the 3rd traffic light, take a left onto Sanderson Rd (Rt 5). Smithfield Medical Center is .4 miles up on the Right.
From the North: 95 South to Route 4 (Exit 9 off 95). Follow Route 4 (it becomes Route 1 South). Follow Route 1 for approx. 5 miles. Take the Narragansett exit (after the Wakefield/ Peacedale exit) At the end of the exit ramp; take a right and then an immediate right into the parking lot. Office is located on the lower level.
From the South: Route 1 North. Take the Narragansett Exit. Turn right at the end of exit ramp. Go to the second light; turn left (do not go up ramp to Route 1 North) Go around rotary (toward Wakefield) After one set of lights the office is on the right.
From the Northeast - East Providence, Swansea and Fall River: Route 195 to Route 114,136 or Route 24 to the Mount Hope Bridge. Proceed through Portsmouth to Middletown to Route 114. Turn Left onto Route 214/Valley Road.
From, Providence, Warwick, East Greenwich and North Kingstown: Route 95 South. Take exit # 9 (Route 4) on left towards Newport/S. County. Route 4 becomes Route 1 South. Take the 138 East ramp over Jamestown and Newport Bridges (Toll Road). Follow signs to Admiral Kalbus Road/Route 138. At the end of the ramp take a left at Jai Alai. Proceed through two sets of lights (the second set of lights crosses over the intersection of Rte 114). Continue to proceed down winding road until you reach third set of lights then take this left onto Valley Road.
From, South County: Route 1, to Route 138 East. Go over the Newport Bridge (Toll Road). Follow signs to Admiral Kalbus Road/Route 138. At the end of the ramp take a left at Jai Alai. Proceed through two sets of lights (the second set of lights crosses over the intersection of Rte. 114). Continue to proceed down winding road until you reach next set of lights then take this left onto Valley Road.
